We start with a free video consultation to learn about your goals, training history, available equipment, schedule, and any injuries or limitations. This conversation helps us match you with the right coach and figure out whether this is the right fit for you.
2. Assessment & Goal Setting
Your coach conducts a remote assessment — reviewing your movement, posture, and current fitness level through video. Together, you set clear, measurable goals and a realistic timeline. This ensures your program is built on solid data, not guesswork.
3. Custom Program Design
Your coach designs a personalized workout program delivered through our training app. Each workout includes detailed exercise descriptions, video demonstrations, sets, reps, rest times, and coaching notes. Your nutrition plan is also built around your goals and preferences.
4. Train on Your Schedule
Follow your program at your gym, home gym, or wherever you train. Log your workouts in the app so your coach can track your progress. Between check-ins, you can message your coach anytime with questions or updates.
5. Regular Video Check-Ins

For appropriate cases and for clients located in British Columbia, our physiotherapists also offer 1-on-1 telehealth sessions. These are clinical physiotherapy appointments delivered by video, focused on assessment, education, and guided exercise for your specific condition.
In a telehealth physiotherapy session (BC residents only), your physiotherapist can:
