What Is Online Personal Training?

Online personal training at Kenaz is the same kinesiologist-designed coaching we deliver in person — built around our three pillars of Fitness, Nutrition, and Accountability — just delivered through our app instead of at our Langley studio.

Your coach designs a fully customized program based on your goals, fitness level, equipment, and limitations. Every exercise comes with a video demo. You send form-check videos, and your coach reviews them and gives specific corrections. Between sessions, your coach is a message away when you have questions. Your program gets updated as you progress — not recycled month after month.

How Online Personal Training Works

Getting started is simple. Here is what the process looks like from your first consultation to ongoing coaching.

1. Free Consultation

We start with a free video consultation to learn about your goals, training history, available equipment, schedule, and any injuries or limitations. This conversation helps us match you with the right coach and lay the foundation for your custom program.

2. Assessment & Goal Setting

Your coach conducts a remote assessment — reviewing your movement, posture, and current fitness level through video. Together, you set clear, measurable goals and a realistic timeline. This ensures your program is built on solid data, not guesswork.

3. Custom Program Design

Your coach designs a personalized workout program delivered through our training app. Each workout includes detailed exercise descriptions, video demonstrations, sets, reps, rest times, and coaching notes. Your nutrition plan is also built around your goals and preferences.

4. Train on Your Schedule

Follow your program at your gym, home gym, or wherever you train. Log your workouts in the app so your coach can track your progress. Between check-ins, you can message your coach anytime with questions or updates.

5. Regular Video Check-Ins

Meet with your coach weekly or biweekly via video call. During check-ins, you review your progress, discuss challenges, get form feedback, and receive program updates. Your coach adjusts your training and nutrition as needed to keep you progressing.

6. Ongoing Progress & Adaptation
