Group training at Kenaz is a semi-private workout experience where two to six people train together under the guidance of a certified coach. Every session is programmed, structured, and led by a trainer who knows each participant by name — and by ability.

Unlike large gym classes where the instructor shouts from a stage, our group sessions are hands-on. Your trainer watches your form, adjusts your weights, scales movements to your level, and keeps you accountable throughout the entire workout.
