How to Access Our Facility

Kenaz Training operates by appointment only. Access is included with your training program. There is no separate gym membership to purchase. Getting started is simple: book a free consult, meet with one of our certified team members, and we will recommend the right program for your goals.

  • Personal Training: one-on-one coaching for adults focused on fitness, fat loss, muscle, or general health
  • Kinesiology: registered kinesiologist-led movement assessment and exercise prescription, often covered by extended health
  • ICBC Active Rehab: for motor vehicle accident recovery. ICBC typically pre-approves up to 12 active rehab sessions in the first 12 weeks after an accident. For those covered sessions we bill ICBC directly, so in most cases there is no upfront cost to you.
  • Injury Rehabilitation: supervised return to movement after a soft tissue injury, fracture, or joint issue
  • Post-Surgical Rehab: bridging the gap between clinical physiotherapy and full return to activity
  • Performance Training: sport-specific strength and conditioning for competitive and recreational athletes
