What Makes Our Gym Different

Most gyms hand you a membership card and leave you to figure it out. At Kenaz Training, every moment you spend in our facility is guided, purposeful, and tailored to your goals.

Our facility is never crowded. Sessions are scheduled so you always have the space, equipment, and full attention of your coach. There is no open gym floor and no drop-in traffic. This is your time.

You will never train alone at Kenaz. Every session is led by a registered kinesiologist or personal trainer who monitors your form, adjusts your program in real time, and ensures you are training safely and effectively.

Functional Training Area

Open floor space with TRX suspension trainers, resistance bands, medicine balls, plyo boxes, and battle ropes for dynamic, full-body training.

Free Weights

Full dumbbell rack (5 to 100+ lbs), Olympic barbells, EZ-curl bars, kettlebells in multiple weights, and bumper plates for strength training at any level.

Cable Machines

Dual adjustable cable columns and a functional trainer for targeted strength work, rehabilitation exercises, and accessory movements.

Cardio Equipment

Assault bike, rowing machine, and treadmill for warm-ups, conditioning, and cardiovascular training integrated into your program.

Rehabilitation Tools

Foam rollers, lacrosse balls, therabands, balance boards, BOSU balls, and stability equipment for injury rehabilitation and prevention work.

Mobility & Assessment Station

Our team includes registered kinesiologists (BCAK) trained to work with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain. Every rehab session is one-on-one and carefully progressed.

You were in a car accident and need ICBC active rehab

We are ICBC-approved. ICBC pre-approves 12 active rehab sessions in the first 12 weeks after your accident date. In many cases there is no out-of-pocket cost for those sessions, and we handle the paperwork.

You are a senior looking for safe, guided training

Strength, balance, and independence. We work with older adults in Langley who want to stay active, move with confidence, and keep doing the things that matter to them.

You are an athlete training for performance
