Full dumbbell rack (5 to 100+ lbs), Olympic barbells, EZ-curl bars, kettlebells in multiple weights, and bumper plates for strength training at any level.

Cable Machines

Dual adjustable cable columns and a functional trainer for targeted strength work, rehabilitation exercises, and accessory movements.

Cardio Equipment

Assault bike, rowing machine, and treadmill for warm-ups, conditioning, and cardiovascular training integrated into your program.

Rehabilitation Tools

Foam rollers, lacrosse balls, therabands, balance boards, BOSU balls, and stability equipment for injury rehabilitation and prevention work.

Mobility & Assessment Station

Dedicated space for movement assessments, flexibility work, and mobility programming with yoga mats, stretch straps, and assessment tools.

Walking into Kenaz Training feels different from the moment you step through the door. The space is clean, well-organized, and professionally maintained. Natural light fills the training floor. The temperature is comfortable. Music plays at a conversational level.

You will not find rows of treadmills with TVs blaring or a packed weight room where you have to wait 10 minutes for a bench. Instead, you will find a purposeful training environment where everything is set up for your session before you arrive.

Our team knows your name, your program, and your goals. When you walk in, your coach is ready. Your warm-up is planned. Your workout is programmed. All you need to do is show up and put in the work.

How to Access Our Facility

Kenaz Training operates by appointment only. Access to our facility is included with all training programs — there is no separate gym membership to purchase. When you enroll in a personal training, kinesiology, or rehabilitation program, your sessions take place in our private studio.

Getting started is simple: book a free consultation, meet with one of our certified team members, and we will recommend the right program for your goals. From there, we schedule your sessions and you begin training in a space that was designed to help you succeed.
