Accessibility

Last Reviewed: March 13, 2026

Kenaz Training is committed to ensuring that our website and our physical facility are accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to information about our services and the ability to engage with our team.

Conformance Status

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standard. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. While we are working toward full conformance, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we are continually improving our site.

Accessibility Features

Our website includes the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML: We use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and meaningful markup to ensure content is logically structured for assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including navigation menus, dropdowns, and forms, are fully operable using a keyboard alone.
  • Screen Reader Support: We use ARIA attributes, descriptive alt text for images, and screen-reader-only text to provide context where needed.
  • Visible Focus Indicators: Interactive elements display clear focus outlines so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page.
  • Responsive Design: Our site adapts to a wide range of screen sizes and devices, from mobile phones to large desktop monitors, ensuring usability at any zoom level.
  • Reduced Motion Support: We respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting, reducing or disabling animations for users who are sensitive to motion.
  • Sufficient Color Contrast: Text and interactive elements maintain contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements against their backgrounds.
  • Skip Navigation Link: A "Skip to main content" link is provided at the top of every page so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass repetitive navigation.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party content: Some embedded content, such as Google Maps or external video players, may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have limited control over these components but choose providers that prioritize accessibility where possible.
  • Older blog content: Some older posts may contain images without descriptive alt text. We are working to audit and update this content.

We are committed to addressing these limitations and are actively working on improvements. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, we encourage you to let us know.
