Our facility is outfitted with professional-grade equipment carefully selected to support a wide range of training goals, from rehabilitation and pain management to strength building and athletic performance. We built Kenaz as a strength & conditioning gym in Langley, British Columbia for people who want coached training, not a crowded open floor. Over 2,300 square feet of dedicated training space, organized so everything has a purpose and nothing gets in the way.
What Makes Our Facility Different
Private & Controlled
Our studio is appointment-only. We keep it small on purpose. Most sessions have only a handful of clients in the space at once, with multiple coaches on the floor. You do not compete for equipment or feel lost in a crowd. The space is yours during your session, and your coach has full attention on you.
Clean & Professional
The facility is cleaned and sanitized between every session. Equipment is maintained to professional standards. The environment is organized, bright, and welcoming.
Expert-Led
Every coach on our floor is a registered kinesiologist or personal trainer. There are no unsupervised workouts. You always have a professional coaching your session.
No Intimidation
We built this space for real people with real goals. Whether you are 25 or 75, rehabbing an injury or training for a sport, you belong here. No judgment, no pressure.
Accessibility Features
Our facility is designed to be accessible to clients of all abilities. The building entrance is wheelchair-accessible with ground-level entry and automatic doors. The training floor is open-concept with no stairs or elevated platforms. Washrooms are accessible and located on the same level as the training area.
Equipment is selected and arranged to accommodate clients with mobility limitations, chronic conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Our team is trained to modify every exercise for individual capabilities.

No. Kenaz Training is appointment-only. We keep it that way on purpose. Every session is pre-booked so the space is never overcrowded, equipment is always available, and your coach is fully prepared before you arrive. To visit, book a free consult and we will show you around.
Athletic shoes, comfortable clothes you can move in, and a water bottle. We have everything else. If you are coming in for a consultation or movement assessment, there is nothing extra to bring. Just show up ready to move and talk about your goals.
Yes. The building has ground-level entry with no stairs. The training floor is open-concept and flat. Accessible washrooms are on the same level. We regularly work with clients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, and dealing with mobility limitations. If you have specific accessibility needs, call us before your first visit and we will make sure everything is in place.
There are no memberships here. Every session at Kenaz is coached. You are not renting floor space to workout on your own. You are working with a registered kinesiologist or certified trainer who built your program, knows your history, and is on the floor with you every session. If you want a place to train solo, this is not the right fit. If you want results that actually stick, book a consult.
