What to Expect
Your free consultation is about 30 minutes. There’s no workout. We’ll go over your injury history, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re actually trying to achieve. Then we’ll give you an honest recommendation, whether that’s training with us, a different service, or just a clearer picture of your options.
Nobody’s going to pressure you into anything. And if we’re not the right fit, we’ll refer you to someone who is.
What our clients say after booking their first consult:
“Kim took me from barely walking to moving again and feeling strong.”
“I feel safe, informed, and in charge of my own healing.”
“Absolute best investment I’ve made in a long time.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and honestly, this is one of the main reasons people come to us. Our kinesiologists and trainers work with post-surgical patients and people in chronic pain every day. We follow your care team’s guidelines and build around what you can actually do right now. The consult is a good place to walk us through your history so we can tell you what’s safe.
Many of our services are covered under extended health benefits through a Registered Kinesiologist. Coverage depends on your plan, but we can help you figure out what’s likely covered during your free consult so there are no surprises.
We have clients who drive in from across the Fraser Valley, and plenty who do an in-person assessment and then move to hybrid or fully online coaching. On your consult we’ll talk about where you are and figure out what actually makes sense, so you’re not committing to a long drive three times a week before you even know if it’s worth it.
Honestly, a lot of our clients felt exactly that way before their first call. The consult isn’t about signing you up for a program. It’s about understanding your situation and seeing if we can actually help. If we don’t think we can, we’ll say so, and we’ll refer you to someone who can.
