Background & Approach

Melissa has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years and has worked with a wide range of clients. Her passion for sport started early. She played soccer for 10 years at a Selects A level as a goalkeeper before multiple concussions led her away from the game. That transition brought her to Bikini Bodybuilding, where she placed second in her first competition and went on to coach athletes to first-call-out finishes.

What Melissa noticed throughout her career was that physical coaching alone was not enough. Clients were showing up with depression, low motivation, and negative self-talk that blocked their progress. That realization is what led her to complete a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner certificate. NLP gave her the tools to help clients rewire limiting beliefs, shift emotional patterns, and build the positive mindset that physical goals require.

Melissa holds certifications in personal training and nutrition, taking a holistic approach to health. She believes it is not about the weight loss itself but about improving your life, your health, and your overall happiness. Every client gets a program that addresses physical training, nutrition, and the mindset side of the equation.
