Background & Approach
Jade found her way into coaching through her own experience with training. When she began lifting weights and saw the changes it produced in her body and how she felt day to day, she became passionate about helping others experience the same transformation. She pursued her PTAGlobal certification and Precision Nutrition certification to build the professional foundation to do that well.
Her coaching style is built around strength training and bodybuilding-style programming. She focuses on improving general strength and mobility as the base for greater fitness potential, then layers in client-specific goals whether that is fat loss, muscle building, or simply feeling better in daily life. Every program is individualized, and every nutrition plan is tailored to the client's specific goal rather than copied from a template.
