Background & Approach

Nick graduated from the University of Victoria in 2022 with his B.Sc. in Kinesiology. His path there was shaped by a long and serious competitive soccer career. He played at a high level from age 8 through 26, including 5 full years of university soccer split between Douglas College and the University of Victoria. That level of competitive athletic experience is rare among kinesiologists working in active rehab settings and gives him a different lens for understanding athletic performance, injury, and return to sport.

Nick is a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist and an ICBC Active Rehab Provider. He works with clients recovering from sport injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and movement limitations. His assessments are thorough, his explanations clear, and his programs are built around what clients are actually trying to get back to, whether that is a specific sport, a training goal, or pain-free daily function.

His approach to injury rehab and youth athletic development draws on the same principles he used as a competitive player: structured progressive loading, movement quality, and developing the physical attributes that protect the body over a long season. He works with athletes at every level and takes the same care with a 15-year-old soccer player as with a 40-year-old getting back from a car accident.

At Kenaz Training in Langley, Nick works alongside a team of registered kinesiologists, physiotherapists, and certified trainers. He serves clients from Langley, Walnut Grove, Fort Langley, Aldergrove, Surrey, and across the Fraser Valley.
