Background & Approach

Meaghan has been involved in fitness for over 10 years, with a background as a competitive long-distance runner and soccer player. She got her personal training certification in 2020 and has developed specializations in functional strength and mobility, pre and postnatal fitness, and perimenopause and women's health. She works with beginners and intermediate athletes alike, tailoring programs to the individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all template.
