Background & Approach
Certified personal trainer, kinesiologist, and coach, but the credentials aren’t why she’s here. She’s here because she knows what it feels like to lose yourself completely and have to fight your way back. The hard seasons, the starting over, the proving it to yourself when no one else believed it yet. That’s what built this, and it’s exactly why she can help you, whether you’re coming back from an injury or finally ready to get strong.
Your training is built around your goals, your body, and your life, because a plan only works if you can keep doing it. Katrina prepped for two bodybuilding shows while raising two kids on her own, so she knows what busy feels like and how to make the work fit.

Having had a chance to work with the Kenaz kinesiologists, I would highly recommend their services in Walnut Grove. Whether you are looking for active rehabilitation, strength & conditioning or general movement therapy - Kenaz has professionals that know what it takes to focus on progression and see results. Their attention to detail and technique, as well as their ability to collaborate with other health professionals while improving areas of weakness, is among their greatest strengths.”
The work outs were soooo awesome! They mix up the format and routine a lot, so it never got boring! I was amazed that I had visible results in 17 days. The meal plan is super simple and no exclusion of food groups… The people were super encouraging, friendly and kind!”
I have been doing strength training that has been oriented to my sport, soccer, and I’ve gained muscle mass, gotten stronger on the ball, and more explosive on the field. I’ve also learned how to recover properly, which has helped me be able to consistently play even with a heavy load of training and games each week.”
