Jon is an Athletic Performance Specialist and Sports Nutrition Coach with over 10 years of experience. He has coached thousands of people — from everyday clients to competitive athletes — to get stronger, perform better, and move without pain through evidence-based training, nutrition, and lifestyle systems.

A former rugby and soccer athlete, Jon's approach was shaped by his own injury and rehabilitation journey. That experience drives his focus on durability, movement quality, and long-term athletic development — not just short-term results. He graduated from the BC Personal Training Institute with his NASM certification and holds additional credentials in Sports Nutrition, TRX Suspension Training, Trigger Point Therapy, and Percussion Therapy.

His coaching blends strength training, hypertrophy, and athletic performance with a strong emphasis on stability, power, and injury resilience. He works with youth athletes looking to develop their sport performance foundation and with adults who want to train hard, stay healthy, and keep progressing for the long term.
