Kenaz offers a youth athlete development program designed to propel young athletes (10-18 years old) to success by addressing 3 crucial areas:
Maximizing Performance
A key factor in a young athlete's success lies in the effort they invest outside their sport to enhance their performance. Our program begins by meticulously assessing and correcting muscle imbalances, establishing a robust foundation for further growth.
We prioritize teaching fundamental movement patterns and proper techniques, paving the way for improvements in power, speed, strength, and muscular endurance. By incorporating functional range of motion and mobility training, we aim to optimize the athletes' physical capabilities and ensure well-rounded development.
Facilitating Recovery
The second key to athletic triumph is effective recovery, which enables young athletes to train harder, longer, and more frequently than their competitors. Our program educates youth athletes on the significance of proper recovery, emphasizing factors such as quality sleep and nutrition.
By imparting knowledge about recovery strategies, including mobility exercises, we empower young athletes to bounce back quicker, reduce fatigue and enhance overall performance.
Injury Prevention
The longevity of an athlete's career is often linked to their ability to avoid injuries. While complete prevention isn’t possible, our program is designed to significantly decrease both the frequency and severity of injuries.

Designed for enjoyment
Kenaz’s Youth Athlete Development Program goes beyond traditional training. We do all that we can to create a fun environment by incorporating games and challenges to engage our athletes.
Online/hybrid training
We can help young athletes achieve their goals from the comfort of their own homes, at our Kenaz facility, or at a gym of their choice. Given the demands of balancing school and extra-curricular activities, many of our young athletes choose to complete our customized programs online through our Trainerize app. We use the app to facilitate goal setting, nutrition tracking, and program progress. The app's accountability features also allow our coaches to connect with the athletes on a day-to-day basis to help them stay motivated and feel supported.
