Personal Trainer 

Meaghan has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a passion for fitness that began at a young age. As a competitive long-distance runner and soccer player, she developed a deep love for physical activity and learned the discipline needed to achieve long-term success. These early experiences laid the groundwork for the dedication she brings to her personal training practice today.

In 2020, Meaghan earned her personal training certification, specializing in functional strength and mobility training. Her programs focus on improving strength and flexibility while reducing the risk of injury, helping clients move better in everyday life. This specialized approach ensures that her clients build functional fitness that supports both their short- and long-term goals.

Over the years, Meaghan has worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners to intermediate athletes. She tailors her programs to meet the specific needs of each individual, whether they’re looking to start their fitness journey or maintain mobility as they age. Safety and progress are always at the core of her training philosophy.

Meaghan’s greatest passion is helping clients transform their relationship with exercise. She takes pride in helping people move from feeling like they 'have to' exercise to truly enjoying it. For her, fitness is about more than just physical results—it’s about creating a lasting, positive impact on overall well-being and quality of life.


“I was in a car accident last December where my car was totalled and I was injured. When I was at the point where I was in less pain, my chiropractor and massage therapist referred me to Kim Marshall. I started my rehab exercises with Kim at Kenaz in early summer and already, it has helped me so much. I am beginning to feel stronger again, and feel so inspired and motivated by Kim to keep on pushing forward. He makes the work outs fun with his energy, smile and wonderful sense of humour. He always asks me how I’m feeling and listens to my answers, and then adjusts the exercises when needed so that they’re always helping me towards my goal of being stronger and pain free. I’ve appreciated all of his knowledge and am always looking forward to my appointments... I feel like I’ve accomplished so much after each is finished. Also, the facility is so clean & has such a positive atmosphere due to Kim and the rest of the trainers there, and I am very happy to recommend Kim and Kenaz to anyone👍🏻He’s an amazing, caring person that sincerely wants to make a difference by helping the people who see him to be the best that they can be.
