George Ryle
Personal Trainer

EIF Master Trainer
REPS Level 3 Trainer
Precision Nutrition Coach
Bioforce Conditioning coach

Rugby was George’s first love, and he competed for several years at a regional level in England. When injuries forced him to retire, he developed his passion for all aspects of health and fitness, and decided to pursue a career in this area.

After completing his diploma in personal training in 2011, George expanded his knowledge and expertise, learning from some of the world leaders in Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning. The experience he acquired enabled him to successfully train a broad spectrum of clients- from busy London workaholics to professional athletes competing in the highest echelons of several sports.

He now specializes in coaching athletic people, fitness enthusiasts and outdoorsy types who have struggled with injuries, chronic pain or lackluster results. As a self-identified “washed up athlete” he understands the frustration and demoralisation that can arise from these impediments.  His mission is to empower his clients in becoming more adaptable, powerful, and resilient versions of themselves and support them as they work towards their full athletic potential whilst staying healthy, looking good and feeling their best.

George maintains a commitment (some might use the word “obsession”) to continuing education- attending a multitude of courses, mentorships, and presentations to further his understanding and application of knowledge. He leaves no stone unturned in his approach to improving his client’s performance in pursuit of their goals.

In his spare time, you might find him reading, cooking up a storm, or spending time in the wilderness with friends and family. He has a particular penchant for swimming in the wild- the colder the better.
