Brooklyn's passion for sports and fitness stems from many years dancing and playing competitive soccer.
She graduated from the University of Windsor where she majored in Kinesiology with an extended minor in Psychology in 2017.
Since then, she moved to Alberta and became a registered Kinesiologist with the Alberta Kinesiology Association. Afterwards she became RockTape and SensoriMotor Retraining certified.
She has worked with a wide variety of clients, from youth athletes wanting to make collegiate sport to elderly just wanting to make daily activity easier. She loves to help people reach their goals through functional movement and believes in a whole body approach when it comes to fitness.
Focusing on general strength and mobility, as well as, post secondary rehabilitation where she helps clients to regain their confidence with exercise after injury.
When she isn't training, you can find Brooklyn hiking with her dogs or practicing her archery!
