“About a month ago I decided that I wanted to really invest in myself in becoming the best version of me. Then Chelsea came into my life…which was a true blessing!! She started me on my journey to achieving my fitness goals. She is caring, a great listener and knows how to set up challenging workout plans to target all the muscles in your body. She helps guide me on better eating habits and gets me to think outside the box. All in all Chelsea is a great personal trainer even if we are in two different provinces. I’m already noticing the change..thanks Chelsea 💕💪🏾”
